RETURNS
For health and safety reasons and due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, unless defective, damaged in transit or where you have been sent the wrong item.
Any errors or damaged items must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please contact us directly at steve@fermentsandcultures.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
