Ingredients: Napa cabbage, daikon radish, spring onions, carrots, radish, kimchi paste & sea salt.

Shelf life: Keep your jars in the fridge with the lid properly closed to slow down the fermentation process. Kimchi will last up to 4 months and sauerkraut up to 6 months.
