Create a delicious accompaniment with a hidden health benefit, by mixing sauerkraut in with coleslaw. (It's also a great way to introduce sauerkraut to fussy eaters.) We've used our Cucumber, Dill & Cabbage Kraut, but mix it up with whatever you fancy.
