A coleslaw-sauerkraut mix

Sometimes all you fancy is a simple pork pie (from Melton Mowbray, of course). Create a delicious accompaniment with a hidden health benefit, by mixing sauerkraut in with coleslaw. (It's also a great way to introduce sauerkraut to fussy eaters.) We've used our Cucumber, Dill & Cabbage Kraut, but mix it up with whatever you fancy.

There's nothing better than a locally-made pie to warm up a cold Winter's evening, and Brockleby's Moo & Blue is our go-to. Go all out with cheesy leeks and buttered mash, and don't forget to add a generous serving of sauerkraut - you can't go wrong with our traditional kraut for this one.
